These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the re:ampd website, platforms, memberships (including the Members Lounge), events, content, programs, digital products, services and communities (“Services”).

By accessing or using any re:ampd Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About re:ampd

re:ampd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides business education, mentoring, memberships, events, digital resources, coaching, community access and related services for business owners and entrepreneurs.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to access or purchase any of our Services unless otherwise stated.

3. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

All visitors to the re:ampd website

All customers purchasing any re:ampd product or service

All members of the re:ampd Members Lounge

All attendees at re:ampd events (online or in-person)

Additional terms may apply to specific offers and will be disclosed at purchase.

4. Accounts & Access

Some Services require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

All activity under your account

Ensuring your information remains accurate and current

Accounts and memberships are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.

5. Services & Changes

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any Service (or part of a Service) at any time. Where material changes affect paid memberships, we will provide reasonable notice.

6. Pricing, Payments & Billing

All prices are in NZD unless stated otherwise

Prices exclude GST unless explicitly stated

Payment is required in advance

Some Services operate on a recurring subscription basis and auto-renew unless cancelled

Full billing terms are disclosed at checkout

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Free Trials

Where free trials are offered:

Trials are limited to one per person

You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges

If not cancelled, your payment method will be charged automatically

Free trial members do not have access to partner discounts, promotions or member-only pricing benefits unless explicitly stated.

8. Cancellation Policy

Memberships

Memberships may be cancelled at any time

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

No partial refunds for unused time

Other Services

Cancellation terms for events, programs or products will be outlined at purchase.

9. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

All sales are final

No refunds for change of mind

No refunds for digital products once access is granted

No refunds for unused memberships, missed sessions or unused benefits

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced

If an event is cancelled by re:ampd, a refund, credit or alternative may be offered at our discretion.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at our sole discretion and do not create an ongoing obligation.

MEMBERS LOUNGE – SPECIFIC TERMS

The following clauses apply in addition to the above Terms for Members Lounge participants.

10. Members Lounge Access

The Members Lounge provides access to:

Digital content and resources

Community spaces

Events and learning sessions

Tools, templates and other benefits

Inclusions may change over time.

11. Community Standards

Members must:

Act respectfully and professionally

Maintain confidentiality within the community

Not harass, discriminate, bully or intimidate others

Not scrape, copy or misuse member data

Not pitch, promote or solicit without permission

Members must not:

Record, screenshot or redistribute content or conversations without consent

Share membership access or materials externally

12. Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to:

Moderate community content

Remove posts or comments

Suspend or terminate membership for breaches of conduct

Termination for conduct breaches does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Intellectual Property (Members Lounge)

All Members Lounge materials remain the intellectual property of re:ampd.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own business only.

You must not:

Share, resell or redistribute materials

Use materials to create competing offerings

Republish content publicly

14. Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded for member access. By attending, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use a pseudonym where available.

GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

15. Disclaimer

All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee outcomes, profits, revenue growth, or business results.

You are responsible for seeking professional advice where required.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service

17. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

18. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, partners or services referenced within our offerings.

19. Privacy

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and the NZ Privacy Act 2020.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
