Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and participation in the re:ampd
workshops (“workshop”) organised by re:ampd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking and attending
the workshop, you (“participant”, “you”,“your”) agree to these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. To secure your place at the workshop, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase
price is required at the time of booking for early bird and standard pricing. A non-refundable
deposit of $2,000 is required if you purchase through the installation plan option.
2.2. The balance of the workshop fee must be paid in full by 2 weeks prior to workshop start
date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking
and forfeiture of your deposit.
2.3. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
3. Cancellation by Participant
3.1. If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at hello@re-ampd.com.
We will endeavour to fill your spot and return your deposit, however if this is not possible the
below will apply.
3.2. The following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the workshop start date: your deposit will
be taken as a cancellation fee and returned in the form of a credit for a future
workshop.
4. Cancellation by Us
4.1. We reserve the right to cancel the workshop if necessary, including but not limited to
insufficient participant numbers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond our
control.
4.2. If we cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.
However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as non-
refundable travel costs.
5. Changes to the workshop
5.1. We reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, instructors, and
activities if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
6. Travel and Insurance
6.1. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the workshop
location.
7. Health and Safety
7.1. Participants must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time
of booking.
7.2. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that occur during the workshop.
Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the workshop.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and considerately towards other
participants, instructors, and staff.
8.2. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the workshop without refund if their
behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
9. Photography and Media
9.1. We may take photographs and videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. By
attending the workshop, you consent to being photographed and recorded.
9.2. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing before the
start of the workshop.
10. Liability
10.1. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the
workshop.
10.2. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs during the workshop,
except where such injury, illness, or accident is due to our negligence.
10.3. We are not liable, nor do we guarantee any business outcomes based on guidance given in the re:ampd workshop.
11. Conflicts
11.1. We run a no conflict of interest policy for competing businesses, therefore will ensure no conflicting participants will be in the same workshop.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your participation in the workshop will be
resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

Cancellation Policy
Unforeseen Events and Force Majeure
1. We reserve the right to cancel the Retreat due to unforeseen events beyond our
control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, political
instability, or other force majeure events.
2. In the event that we cancel the Retreat due to such unforeseen circumstances,
participants will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. However, we are not
responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as non-refundable travel costs.
