WHAT TO EXPECT

This retreat blends practical business strategy, meaningful connection, restorative downtime and FUN. Each guest will enjoy their own private bedroom & ensuite, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, pools and peaceful spaces designed to help you reset and think clearly.

Over five days, you’ll work closely with Marisa through hands-on workshops, group work and dedicated one-on-one strategy time, diving into the key areas that will help strengthen and grow your business.

Alongside the learning, the retreat is designed to nurture your mindset, wellbeing and creativity.Through guided sessions and reflection time, you’ll identify your biggest strengths, learn how to get out of your own way, and develop strategies to improve your mood, energy and focus. You'll leave with a clear roadmap for your next stage of growth.

We always include a layer of learning - whether that’s through workshops, prompts or expert Q&As. Our winter event featured an “elevator pitch” workshop that ensured every woman could confidently explain her business and how its different in one sentence - an underrated but powerful skill!

We book stunning venues, keep the bar open, skip the “serious,” and go full re:ampd - extra, fun, and built to spark thinking, growth and connection.

Expect fresh ideas, hands-on tools, and unique additions you’ll love - like our crowd-favourite clothes swap (bring an item you don’t love, leave with one you do!).

WHERE YOU'LL BE STAYING

Villa 'Wellness Paradise'

Each attendee will have their own spacious bedroom with a private ensuite. Every room features a queen bed and stunning views, creating a peaceful space to relax and recharge between sessions.

The villa offers a range of luxury facilities for guests to enjoy throughout their stay, including multiple large swimming pools with sun loungers, a dedicated yoga studio, spa treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym, outdoor baths and a rooftop terrace with incredible views.

There are also two fully equipped kitchens within the villa, although all meals will be prepared and served by a private chef.

Additional amenities include on-site laundry facilities and private drivers available throughout the retreat, providing transport between activities and airport transfers.

The villa has been selected to offer the perfect balance of comfort, privacy and inspiring spaces, giving guests room to unwind while also creating an ideal setting for connection, learning and meaningful conversations with other founders.

We understand this retreat is an investment, so we’ve made several payment options available to help make it more manageable. Many guests choose to use Klarna, which typically allows you to split the full amount into instalments without a minimum spend requirement. If you already use Afterpay and have a sufficient spending limit, this may also allow you to spread the payments.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, especially when travelling. Our goal is to make this a low-risk, feel-good decision while still allowing us to plan and deliver an exceptional experience for everyone attending.

Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund (excluding flights and personal travel bookings) if:

You cancel your booking before 15 July, 3:00pm (NZT)

Travel becomes unsafe due to major global events or restrictions

You experience a significant personal circumstance that prevents you from attending

Please note: Flights and any personal travel arrangements are booked independently and are not included in refunds.

After 15 July, 12:00pm (NZT)

Due to confirmed accommodation and event commitments, refunds are no longer available after this date.

At this stage, your booking becomes non-refundable, as we have secured all costs required to deliver the retreat.

Additional Notes

Refunds apply to the retreat investment only (excluding flights and any external bookings)

If you are unsure, we recommend booking flexible flights where possible

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to organise my own flights?

Yes! Guests are responsible for organising their own flights to and from Bali. Once you arrive, everything else is covered. We will upload recommended flight options at a variety of price levels to this page for you to choose from.

What airport should I fly into?

You will fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar Airport – DPS) in Bali. Once we have your flight details we will arrange your transport to the villa.

What time should I arrive in Bali?

Arrive any time from 4pm onwards on Friday the 14th In Bali, we will have dinner provided that night at 6:30pm.

What should I bring?

You won’t need to bring much. We will send guests a packing list prior to the retreat, but generally you’ll just need comfortable clothing, swimwear, activewear for wellness activities and anything personal you like to have while travelling.

We aim to provide as much as possible so you can simply arrive and enjoy the experience.

Do I get my own room?

Yes. Every guest will have their own private bedroom with an ensuite within the villa.

Will food be provided?

Yes. All meals are included and prepared by a private chef throughout the retreat. We will cater to most dietary requirements - please let us know your needs when registering.

Will there be free time during the retreat?

Yes. Every day includes dedicated free time. You can use this time to relax by the pool, enjoy the villa facilities, explore Ubud, get some work done, or simply rest.

Can I leave the villa and explore Bali?

Yes, absolutely. While we have a planned retreat structure, guests are welcome to use their free time however they wish, including exploring the surrounding area. You will have to organise your own transport.

What kind of business content will be covered?

The focus is practical, collaborative learning rather than lectures. We will focus on sales, marketing, brand positioning, strategy and finance. It's an all encompassing business retreat.

How many people will attend the retreat?

There will be 8 guests, Marisa and re:ampd staff.

Is WiFi available at the villa?

Yes. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa.
