Join Marisa in Ubud, Bali for an intimate four-night business retreat designed for female founders who want to step away from the day-to-day and reconnect with their vision.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The retreat blends practical business strategy, meaningful connection and restorative downtime. Each guest will enjoy their own private bedroom with ensuite, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, pools and peaceful spaces designed to help you reset and think clearly.

Over four days, you’ll work closely with Marisa through hands-on workshops, group discussions and dedicated one-on-one strategy time, diving into the key areas that will help strengthen and grow your business.

This is not a lecture-style event - it’s a collaborative, supportive environment where you’ll gain practical insights and leave with a clear roadmap for your next stage of growth.

Alongside the learning, the retreat is designed to nurture your mindset, wellbeing and creativity. Expect a dedicated wellness day including in-villa treatments, relaxation time and guided mindset sessions to help you slow down, reset and create space for bigger thinking.

We always include a layer of learning - whether that’s through workshops, prompts or expert Q&As. Our winter event featured an “elevator pitch” workshop that ensured every woman could confidently explain her business and how its different in one sentence - an underrated but powerful skill!

We book stunning venues, keep the bar open, skip the “serious,” and go full re:ampd - extra, fun, and built to spark thinking, growth and connection.

Expect fresh ideas, hands-on tools, and unique additions you’ll love - like our crowd-favourite clothes swap (bring an item you don’t love, leave with one you do!).

If you're a member, these events are totally free and part of your membership. You’ll leave with new skills, new insights, and real relationships with other incredible women in business.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Most of our events allow you to bring 1 plus one at no extra cost. Just make sure to include their name and dietary needs when you RSVP. Any additional guests beyond your plus one will need to purchase a guest ticket ($150). Please note that plus ones are not permitted for Masterclasses - these are kept intimate and focused. (If you have a co-founder, let us know!)

Do I need to register if I’m a member?

Yes, all attendees (including members) need to register for each event. Just scroll to the top of this page and click ‘Browse Upcoming Events’ to view and RSVP. Members attend for free, non-members pay $150.

Are events only in Auckland?

Right now, most of our events are hosted in Auckland - but we’re always listening to where our members are based and expanding accordingly. If you’d love a re:ampd event in your city, let us know!

Are the events all business-focused?

Yes… kind of - but not in the boring way. While we do incorperate learning and workshop style activities, we keep the vibe very social, fun and collaborative. It’s real growth with real women - wine and all.

What if I have accessibility or dietary needs?

We’ve got you. There’s a space to let us know any accessibility or dietary requirements during your registration. Our team will be in touch if we need to clarify anything to ensure you're fully looked after.
