We feel incredibly proud to play a role in the transformative journey so many women in business go through. As a team, we also understand firsthand many of the realities our founders are navigating. We know what it looks like to grow a career while raising children and manage many priorities and emotional loads. No self-limiting talk
So many brilliant women tell themselves stories that simply are not true: I’m bad with numbers. I’m not good with tech. I’m just not wired that way. We do not believe those things are fixed truths. More often, they are signs of low confidence, lack of exposure, or not having had the right support in the right language. At re:ampd, we challenge self-limiting beliefs because they keep women smaller than they need to be. We know many of our founders are far more capable, commercially intelligent, and adaptable than they realise. Sometimes what is missing is not ability, but belief. Marisa and the wider team are here to help women rewrite those internal narratives, build confidence through action, and stop mistaking unfamiliarity for incapability. Women do not need to think smaller. They need the support to think bigger.
Confidentiality
Trust is foundational to the way we work. Everything you share with Marisa or the re:ampd team is treated with care and confidentiality. We do not share your business information, private challenges, or individual data with others, and all information is stored securely in our systems. Where we use surveys, metrics, or reporting, we anonymise results before sharing broader trends. Our Power Rooms and Masterclasses also operate under a clear confidentiality expectation, so women can speak honestly, ask real questions, and work through challenges without worrying that their information will travel beyond the room. We want our founders to feel safe enough to be real, because that is where the most meaningful progress happens.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This retreat blends practical business strategy, meaningful connection, restorative downtime and FUN. Each guest will enjoy their own private bedroom & ensuite, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, pools and peaceful spaces designed to help you reset and think clearly.
Over five days, you’ll work closely with Marisa through hands-on workshops, group work and dedicated one-on-one strategy time, diving into the key areas that will help strengthen and grow your business.
Alongside the learning, the retreat is designed to nurture your mindset, wellbeing and creativity.Through guided sessions and reflection time, you’ll identify your biggest strengths, learn how to get out of your own way, and develop strategies to improve your mood, energy and focus. You'll leave with a clear roadmap for your next stage of growth.
Expect a dedicated fun day with a private sunset yacht dinner and group activites, and a wellness day including in-villa treatments, relaxation time and guided sessions.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Showcases + panels from NZ female entrepreneurs. Goodie bags and prizes every time. Beautiful food, wines and cocktails. A room of warm, wonderful women in business.
We always include a layer of learning - whether that’s through workshops, prompts or expert Q&As. Our winter event featured an “elevator pitch” workshop that ensured every woman could confidently explain her business and how its different in one sentence - an underrated but powerful skill!
We book stunning venues, keep the bar open, skip the “serious,” and go full re:ampd - extra, fun, and built to spark thinking, growth and connection.
Expect fresh ideas, hands-on tools, and unique additions you’ll love - like our crowd-favourite clothes swap (bring an item you don’t love, leave with one you do!).
If you're a member, these events are totally free and part of your membership. You’ll leave with new skills, new insights, and real relationships with other incredible women in business.
WHERE YOU'LL BE STAYING
Villa 'Wellness Paradise'
Each attendee will have their own spacious bedroom with a private ensuite. Every room features a queen bed and stunning views, creating a peaceful space to relax and recharge between sessions.
The villa offers a range of luxury facilities for guests to enjoy throughout their stay, including multiple large swimming pools with sun loungers, a dedicated yoga studio, spa treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym, outdoor baths and a rooftop terrace with incredible views.
There are also two fully equipped kitchens within the villa, although all meals will be prepared and served by a private chef.
Additional amenities include on-site laundry facilities and private drivers available throughout the retreat, providing transport between activities and airport transfers.
The villa has been selected to offer the perfect balance of comfort, privacy and inspiring spaces, giving guests room to unwind while also creating an ideal setting for connection, learning and meaningful conversations with other founders.

We understand this retreat is an investment, so we’ve made several payment options available to help make it more manageable. Many guests choose to use Klarna, which typically allows you to split the full amount into instalments without a minimum spend requirement. If you already use Afterpay and have a sufficient spending limit, this may also allow you to spread the payments.

WE OFFER REFUNDS
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, especially when travelling. Our goal is to make this a low-risk, feel-good decision while still allowing us to plan and deliver an exceptional experience for everyone attending.
Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund (excluding flights and personal travel bookings) if:
You cancel your booking before 15 July, 3:00pm (NZT)
Travel becomes unsafe due to major global events or restrictions
You experience a significant personal circumstance that prevents you from attending
Please note: Flights and any personal travel arrangements are booked independently and are not included in refunds.
After 15 July, 12:00pm (NZT)
Due to confirmed accommodation and event commitments, refunds are no longer available after this date.
At this stage, your booking becomes non-refundable, as we have secured all costs required to deliver the retreat.
