Our masterclasses combine practical business strategy, hands-on learning and genuine connection in a way that feels useful, approachable and easy to apply. Led by Marisa, and often alongside an expert guest, each session takes you through the foundational theories, tools and frameworks you need to understand the topic properly - without the corporate jargon, fluff or unnecessary complexity.

Throughout the day, you’ll work through a take-home workbook provided by us, containing exercises to help you understand key concepts, and uncover bottlenecks in your business. We also provide additional resources outside the workbook, such as ready-made Excel tools, worksheets and practical frameworks you can keep using long after the session ends.

Every exercise is designed to be relevant to businesses of all sizes, and all examples are grounded in mock Kiwi businesses run by women, so the learning feels relatable and realistic. There is also plenty of time built in to connect with other women in the room, share ideas, and learn alongside others navigating similar challenges.

Morning tea, lunch and refreshments are provided throughout the day, and before the session you’ll receive an email outlining the structure of the day, what to bring, and anything you need to prepare in advance.

Most importantly, the support doesn’t end when the day does. We follow up with attendees after the masterclass to help hold you accountable to the actions you created in the room and to make sure you’re not left with lingering questions once you go back into your business.
