WE OFFER REFUNDS
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, especially when travelling. Our goal is to make this a low-risk, feel-good decision while still allowing us to plan and deliver an exceptional experience for everyone attending.
Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund (excluding flights and personal travel bookings) if:
You cancel your booking before 15 July, 3:00pm (NZT)
Travel becomes unsafe due to major global events or restrictions
You experience a significant personal circumstance that prevents you from attending
Please note: Flights and any personal travel arrangements are booked independently and are not included in refunds.
After 15 July, 12:00pm (NZT)
Due to confirmed accommodation and event commitments, refunds are no longer available after this date.
At this stage, your booking becomes non-refundable, as we have secured all costs required to deliver the retreat.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size does my business need to be to attend?
We have businesses of all sizes attending our masterclasses. From under 10k revenue to over 1 million in revenue. The size of your business will not matter as we teach general principles and use very simple mock businesses to demonstrate examples.
Is this a lecture, or is it interactive?
The masterclasses are very interactive. Some exercises require input from the whole group, there are often informal conversations throughout, and questions are strongly encouraged. We blend teaching with examples, prompts, and practical application, so you are not just listening all day - you are actively working through your own understanding as you go.
Will there be time to connect with other women in the room?
Yes. A big part of our masterclasses is the chance to learn alongside other women in business, share ideas, and connect with people navigating similar challenges. You'll all be prompted to add each other on LinkedIn afterwards.

What do I need to bring?
We’ll email you before the masterclass with everything you need to know, including what to bring and the structure of the day. In general, just bring yourself and a willingness to learn.
Is there a break?
Yes, absolutely. We have a short morning tea break and a 30 minute lunch break where you can chill, eat and connect with the other women in the room, or take a phone call outside if needed.
Where do I find the 20% discount?

Will there be time to ask questions?
Yes. You are encouraged to interupt and ask questions at any point in the masterclass. There will be natural opportunities throughout the day, and we always make space for real-life business context so the learning feels practical and useful.
