About Us

Run by women for women.

Founded in 2024, re:ampd exists to bring Marisa Fong's mission to life: helping women become more successful in business, without adding more pressure or work to their lives. We are a team of women who genuinely believe in the power of women backing women.

The re:ampd team - four women smiling together against a concrete wall

re:ampd is powered by a team of women who deeply understand the impact women can have when they are supported to succeed. We see every day the ripple effect created by Kiwi women running businesses well, the way it creates opportunities, supports communities, and inspires others to back themselves too.

We feel incredibly proud to play a role in the transformative journey so many women in business go through. Whether that transformation looks like more self-confidence, clearer direction, more financial success, or simply feeling less alone, we are committed to doing everything we can to help our clients flourish.

Our Values

Fun

Business is serious enough. We bring energy, warmth, and a genuine enjoyment to everything we do - because learning, growing and running a business should be fun.

Applied Knowledge over Theory

We only teach what actually works. No jargon, no abstract frameworks, no content that sounds smart but goes nowhere. Everything we share is practical, grounded, and built to be used - not just noted.

Yes Before No

We lead with flexibility and openness. If you need something, we'll find a way to make it work. We're accommodating by default - because rigid doesn't serve real women with real businesses and real lives.

Building Your Capacity

We're not here to make you dependent on us or give you more work. We're here to build your confidence, your knowledge, and your ability to run your business - so you can focus on what only you can do, and let everything else get easier.

Marisa Fong

Marisa Fong

Founder

Marisa is the founder of re:ampd. After co-founding Madison Group and exiting in a record-setting eight-figure sale, she turned her focus to the women building the next wave of Kiwi businesses.

She is an entrepreneur, investor, board member and speaker, and a regular voice in NZ Herald, BusinessDesk and The Spinoff. Her work is personal - she believes financial capability changes what's possible for a woman, her family, and her wider community.

re:ampd exists to give high-performing women the structured commercial support she saw was missing at the level they were operating.

Christina Nielsen

Christina Nielsen

AI Consultant Manager

Christina leads AI strategy and delivery at re:ampd. She holds a business degree in data analytics, is a registered Claude Partner, and is currently working toward Claude Certified Architect status. Her biggest strength is pattern recognition, which is what pulled her toward AI in the first place — getting into the technical detail of how these systems actually work, then simplifying that down into something teachable, practical, and commercially useful for business.

Before AI became the focus, Christina built her career across marketing, events, and hospitality — an experience that still drives how she works today, keeping people at the centre and caring as much about how things are taught as what's taught.

Christina is passionate about leadership, entrepreneurship, and collaboration, and loves helping ideas come to life through creativity and shared thinking. Outside of work, she builds coded creative applications for friends and family and paints — so while she's highly technical, she's just as much a creative and a people person. She thrives at the intersection of the two, using AI as a tool for genuine human ingenuity, not a replacement for it.

Tessa Crawford

Tessa Crawford

Head of Marketing and Growth

Tessa leads growth and marketing at re:ampd. She spends her days building the systems that drive a working business: CRM integration, automation, web development, paid media campaigns and analytics that tie it all back to revenue. She works in this every day.

She brings over 12 years in digital marketing across Shanghai, London, and Auckland, including global agency experience and eight-figure media budgets. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing Management, and her agency-side work means she has supported businesses across a wide range of verticals, so she understands business under real pressure and knows what actually moves the numbers.

Tessa's career has centred on working with and for women. Seeing women succeed is what drives her, and it is why her approach is built around meeting people where they are: no jargon, no hustle, just clear steps and measurable results.

Hannah Twiselton

Hannah Twiselton

General Manager

Hannah is General Manager at re:ampd, where she manages people, quality, and performance while driving operations and strategy across the business. She focuses on how AI and agentic tools can bring more creativity, organisation, and efficiency to marketing and reporting - helping the team work smarter, not harder. She holds a business degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Auckland, with overseas experience at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.

What she's really passionate about is turning strategy into systems - building the structure and reporting that let a team move faster and stay creative at the same time. Outside of work, she's into photography, videography, and staying active and social, whether that's skiing or travelling.

How we operate

Our commitments to you

We won't leave you behind

Business moves fast and it can feel impossible to keep up. We stay on top of it so you don't have to - keeping you current, commercially sharp, and always supported to take the next step with confidence.

No self-limiting talk

You are more capable than you think. We don't allow the stories that keep women small. Here, you're encouraged to back yourself, ask the questions, and think bigger.

Confidentiality

What's shared in this community stays here. Everything you bring to Marisa, the team, or the room is treated with complete care and discretion.
