Terms and Conditions

Website, Masterclasses, Custom AI Workshops and the Members Lounge

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and RE:AMPD 2025 LIMITED (NZBN 9429052094392, Company No. 9246989), a company registered in New Zealand, trading as “re:ampd” (“re:ampd”, “we”, “us” or “our”), of 37 Herne Bay Road, Herne Bay, Auckland 1011. They apply whenever you use our website at re-ampd.com and related subdomains (the “Website”), join the re:ampd Members Lounge (the “Members Lounge”), attend a masterclass, workshop, custom AI implementation programme or other paid service (“Services”), or otherwise interact with re:ampd. By using the Website, signing up to the Members Lounge, or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website or Services.

1. Using the Website

  • You must be 18 or over to use the Website or join the Members Lounge.
  • You’ll give accurate, current information when you register, book, or purchase, and keep your login details confidential.
  • You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account or login.
  • You won’t use the Website to do anything unlawful, infringe anyone’s rights, upload harmful code, or interfere with the Website’s operation or other users’ enjoyment of it.
  • We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time, including for maintenance, without liability to you, though we’ll try to keep disruption to a minimum.

2. The Members Lounge

The Members Lounge is re:ampd’s monthly membership. Current inclusions are set out on our Members Lounge page and may include, from time to time: a monthly ‘Ask Me Anything’ live session with Marisa Fong, a discount code (currently 20%) off masterclasses and other Services, monthly ‘45 for 45’ webinars with expert guests, monthly members’ drinks, free registration to seasonal events (in place of a paid non-member ticket), weekly office hours, and access to the online member portal and app. We may change, add to, or retire specific inclusions from time to time to keep the membership fresh and relevant. We’ll give reasonable notice of any material reduction in what’s included.

Free trial: New members currently receive a 3-month free trial. Your card will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically converts to a paid monthly membership at the then-current rate (currently NZ$50 per month, including GST), charged to the payment method on file.

Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly in advance to your nominated card via our payment processor. If a payment fails, we may retry it, suspend your access to the Members Lounge, or both, until payment succeeds. We may change membership pricing from time to time. We’ll give you reasonable advance notice of any price increase before it applies to your next billing cycle. Continuing your membership after that notice means you accept the new price; otherwise you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancelling: You can cancel anytime by emailing support@re-ampd.com. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle (or, if you’re still in the free trial, until the end of the trial), and you won’t be charged again after that. We don’t offer refunds or credits for the unused part of a billing cycle.

Gifting: Where we offer gifted memberships, the gift recipient must still meet our eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms. Gifted memberships are non-refundable to the purchaser once redeemed.

The Power Room and other programmes: Other re:ampd programmes such as The Power Room may carry their own specific terms, pricing and eligibility criteria, which will be provided to you at sign-up. Where they don’t cover a point, these Terms apply.

3. Masterclasses, workshops and custom AI implementation

Masterclasses, custom AI workshops, and other one-off Services are booked and paid for separately from the Members Lounge, unless described as included in your membership.

  • Prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • A booking is confirmed once payment is received (or a deposit, where we offer instalments).
  • Members Lounge discount codes apply only where stated and can’t be combined with other offers unless we say so.
  • For custom AI implementation engagements, scope, timeline, deliverables and fees will be set out in a separate proposal or statement of work, which forms part of your agreement with us alongside these Terms.

4. Cancellations, refunds and no-shows for paid events

Because our masterclasses and workshops involve real costs (venues, catering, guest experts) and limited seats, the following applies unless we agree otherwise in writing:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event: full refund or credit toward a future event, your choice.
  • Cancellations made after that point, or no-shows: no refund, but we’ll try to get you access to any recording or replacement materials where available.
  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll get a full refund or the option to transfer to the new date, whichever you prefer.

5. Community conduct

The member portal, app, live sessions and events are for genuine, respectful engagement between business owners. When you take part, you agree to:

  • treat other members, guests and re:ampd staff with respect, even where you disagree;
  • keep confidential anything shared by other members in trust (for example, business challenges or financial information) unless they say it’s fine to share;
  • not use the community, portal or events to advertise, solicit, or recruit other members for unrelated products or schemes without our permission;
  • not record, screenshot or redistribute live sessions, replays or member content outside the Members Lounge.

We may remove content, suspend, or end a member’s access (without refund of the current billing period) if these standards aren’t met, acting reasonably and, where practical, after a warning.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in our Services (including course materials, templates, workbooks, prompts, recordings, branding and the re:ampd name and logo) is owned by re:ampd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own business, for as long as you remain a member or as otherwise agreed. You may not resell, republish, sublicense, or use our materials to create a competing product or training programme.

Any feedback, ideas or suggestions you give us about the Website or Services may be used by re:ampd without payment or attribution to you.

7. Recordings and testimonials

Some live sessions and events may be recorded for members’ replay access. If you’d prefer not to appear on camera, you’re welcome to keep your camera off and use chat where available.

With your consent, we may use quotes, reviews, photos or video from events and testimonials in our marketing. You can withdraw consent for future use at any time by emailing support@re-ampd.com; this won’t affect material already published.

8. No professional advice

Our masterclasses, workshops, AI implementation support and Members Lounge content are educational and general in nature. They are not a substitute for independent legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice specific to your business. You’re responsible for decisions you make in your business, and we recommend getting independent professional advice before acting on anything significant.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, re:ampd’s total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Website, Services, or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service (or, for the Members Lounge, the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim arose).

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, except where the law says we can’t limit that liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that can’t lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including your rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986.

10. Consumer Guarantees Act

If you’re acquiring Services from re:ampd for the purposes of a business, you agree that the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 don’t apply, to the extent it’s fair and reasonable for the parties to agree this under section 43(2) of that Act. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other consumer protections that can’t be contracted out of.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Privacy Act 2020. By using the Website or Services, you agree to that Privacy Policy.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Website, Members Lounge or a Service if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if we’re required to by law. Where reasonable, we’ll give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution) continue after your membership or access ends.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, the law, or how we operate. We’ll post the updated Terms on the Website with a new “Last updated” date, and where a change is material, we’ll let members know by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use the Website or Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. If a dispute comes up, we’d appreciate the chance to sort it out directly first, email us at support@re-ampd.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
