Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the re:ampd Members Lounge Membership, including access to trainings, resources, events, community spaces, and any member-only experiences.

1) Who can join

The Membership is intended for female founders and business owners, or aspiring business owners. You must be 18+. We may request reasonable info to verify eligibility.

2) Conduct & community standards

This is a professional, supportive space. By joining, you agree to abide by the following:

- Respect & inclusion: No harassment, discrimination, bullying, or hate speech.

- Confidentiality: What members share stays in the group. Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute other members’ content without permission.

- No spam/poaching: No unsolicited pitching, scraping emails, or running surveys without our written OK.

- Safe events: Follow host/venue directions; drink responsibly; be kind to staff and other attendees.

- Brand safety: Do not use re:ampd’s name or marks without written permission.

- Breach: We may decline, suspend, or revoke membership at our sole discretion for behaviour that breaches these standards or harms other members or our brand. No refunds are due where we terminate for cause.

3) Access & what’s included

Your membership is individual and non-transferable. Inclusions may evolve to keep the programme current (e.g., speakers, topics, tools, event formats). Where we make material changes, we’ll notify members in advance.

4) Intellectual property

All materials (workbooks, templates, videos, slides, portal content) are owned by re:ampd or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share publicly, or create competing products from them.

5) Privacy & recordings

We handle personal information in line with the NZ Privacy Act 2020. Live sessions or events may be recorded for member replays; by attending you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to be visible or named, keep your camera off and use the chat pseudonym feature where available. 

6) Disclaimers

We provide education, mentoring, and community advice. Results vary by business and execution; we do not guarantee particular outcomes (revenue, profit, or otherwise).

7) Liability limit

To the maximum extent permitted by NZ law, our total liability for any claim connected to the Membership is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data.

8) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold re:ampd harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you by email or in-portal. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. The courts of New Zealand (Auckland) have exclusive jurisdiction.
