ChatGPT vs Claude: our thoughts

We use both, every day. Here's where each one wins and how we decide which to reach for.

ChatGPT is the better generalist and has the deepest tool ecosystem. Claude is the better writer and the better thinker on long, nuanced tasks.

For client-facing copy, internal strategy docs, and anything where voice matters, we default to Claude.

For quick lookups, code, image generation, and structured tasks, ChatGPT.

You don't have to choose. The cost of running both is trivial compared to the productivity gain.
