The room you need is the one you can't find on LinkedIn
On peer rooms, mastermind groups, and why the women in your industry are not the women you should be learning from.
The most useful conversations of my career have not happened in conferences or on LinkedIn. They have happened in small rooms of three to eight founders, with no audience and no agenda except the truth.
If you are a high-performing female founder, you probably already know this. You just haven't found the room yet.
Look for: people one step ahead of you, not ten. People in adjacent industries, not direct competitors. People who will challenge you, not just cheerlead.
If you can't find that room, build it. Or come find ours.
